is this normal?

Ok ladies! I had a cryotherapy done at my gynecologist 2 weeks ago! (Due to abnormal cells) They told me I couldn't have any sexual activity for 2-4 weeks. It's been 2 1/2 months! Me & my SO had sex Friday! & now I'm bleeding!its not heavy, mainly when I wipe and put on a fresh pantyliner. I know it's normal to bleed when your cycle isn't regular (mine isn't regular) but I had that procedure done & im thinking it's my cervix bleeding because it isn't all the way healed! Can SOMEBODY anybody give me ANY help on to why this has happened? LADIES that had cryotherapies done!!
