Fertility Work Up questions

Ok, so you know how GLOW has different articles about fertility work up you might want to have before TTC ? I have tracking my cycle for 4 months + now and I don't think I am ovulating ( according to my Temps and no positive opk ) I am concerned because I have hypothyroidism and a history of endometriosis so I figured maybe I should get the AMH and FSH tests at least to start and see what is working or not. My OBGYN office said today that I would need to go to a fertility specialist for this but in my opinion I need these results to even see if is necessary first. Has anyone had these done and where ? Any comments or suggestions on this are appreciated. Thanks
