What's good for helping a cold??
I have a cold ladies and have so much congestion in my nose and chest. Anyone know of any remedies they could share that work?? Would drinking lots of OJ help? I know it has tons of vitamin C to help boost the immune system but would it help after I already have a cold? Helppppp!!!!
