Implantation Bleeding

Im 9 dpo 4 days until AF (according to Grow and Ovia). I started spotting today. It a brown pink color is there when i wipe but that's really it. Symptom wise i have sore burning breast cramps/pinching/pulling. in both sides nauses amd back pain. Could this be implantation bleeding or just an early AF. Just was some opinions.
