super scared that I could have herpes

I have this weird red bump, pimple looking thing on the area between my thigh and my vagina like right where your underwear touches your inner thigh and I'm so scared it could be herpes. I have stretch marks there and I thought it was probably just acne inside the stretch mark, which I get on my back often. It never had a white head, but it's kind of sore to touch. I'm honestly terrified. It keeps getting irritated because it's right where my underwear sits. It's also kind of shiny on top which is weird and something I haven't seen. Please help :(
