glucose test question
Hi May mamas! I have my glucose test next week. My doctor told me no need to fast and to eat normal, some friends told me I should fast. I'm just so confused!!
My appointment isn't until 3:30p, so I'm having a hard time thinking of what I should eat for lunch! I'll be at work and I'm such a picky eater! Any advice on a good lunch to have? TIA 👶🏼
