Missed/Late Pills

I've missed 2 pills within these 2 weeks and I've been taking them late because I've been so busy at school and work. I had unprotected sex 🙄 now my period is a few days late. I haven't been stressing or anything. Is there a possibility pregnancy may occur and should I take pregnancy test ? I'm too scared to talk to my mom about it and I'm 20 😭.. I'm trying to remain calm about the situation. I just need some advice from other women, thank you in advance.
