help please

My period is always been 7day I had sex during my ovulating time and when my period came on it has only been for 2day medium and the last 2 days has been spotting my period doesn't go off until Thursday but usually it starts spotting on the last day but this time it's different it's look like it's only lasting two day I have really sore nipples my milk was dry from my first child but I have noticed that milk has came back more then usual should I text or wait? PLEASE HELP
