so confused

Hi! I don't mean to post the same thing again but it's a little different. My bf did not do anything for my birthday. We are long distance and he was going to visit and bailed last minute. Not trying to be a brat but I go over the top for him and feel like he completely forgot about me. So do I dare mention this ever? Now Valentine's Day coming up. I got him a huge card and chocolate should I even bother? I just feel like he doesn't care so what's the point. I'm just shocked that he he didn't care enough still and I don't understand why. Sorry if I sound bratty!!!!! I'm not trying to be at all.
