pain during sex

For a long while now we have had to start sex super slow and ease into it, I have been getting a sharp pain maybe 3 inches inside my vagina. As soon as he touches it it stings very bad. We have just waited 2+ weeks to have sex to see if it's maybe a cut that needs healing, well we had sex today and sure enough it was there just as sharp as before. And after as usual there was bright red blood as if he's opened a cut. If it's a cut why hasn't it healed? What else could it be? I'm 17 and I can't talk to my mom about this because she's my mom and will get mad... and I've never been to an obgyn and I don't know what to do...
