Gaining the Freshmen 15 in a good way!
I've weighed under 100 pounds my whole life. I've struggled with my mental health and my general health. Eating disorders and no mental strength became overwhelming. My first year in college, my older cousin encouraged me to go to the gym. Now, at 20 years old and my second year at college, I weigh 113. It took some getting used to and I struggled with crossing that line but now I feel so much healthier and ready to take on the day! The gym became my go to and I feel incomplete if I miss. If it weren't for these influences I never would have gotten to where I am now. So eternally grateful for that extra push!
