so Tired

Daughter won't sleep tonight unless she's laying swaddled on top of me. My nipples feel like they're going to fall off and her bilirubin levels are right on the edge of being trouble so she has to pass every test or else we will be stuck here at the hospital. She's only a day old and I feel like I don't know how I can possibly be a good mom single..... struggling right now.
