Got my period from coughing too hard

I've been sick for the past 5 days with a 100*F fever, cough, and stuffy nose. On my 5th day (which is today) I was lying on the couch and I coughed really hard I thought I Peed so I went to the restroom and looked down and Aunt Flo had arrived 7 days early.
