positive pregnancy tests and now 3 days later negative!! 😞

Not sure how you get 6 positive pregnancy test and now 3 days later I took a digital another digital test and its negative. I'm 5 weeks pregnant based on my last period. One weird thing is I haven't been feeling nauseous like with my first four. Any ideas? Could I have miscarried? Worried!!!
