2 periods. 1 month 🤔

I just started taking spironolactone (nov 1st) for hormonal acne which has cleared up but dec amd jan ive gotten my period on schedule and exactly on cycle day 15. So ive had 2 periods in one month.. i know irregular bleeding is a side effect of the medicine but has anybody else experienced this? I go back to my derm friday but just wanted to see if anyone else had the same issue

I find it ironic that the second. Came exactly on day 15 both times.. hoping its the medicine and nothing serious.. of course my anxiety has my mind going places i shouldn't!! 🙄
