I have had a consistent and annoying pain in my lower abdomen and my back all day. It seems unbearable right now. Not sure if my body is just growing (like growing pains) or this could be braxton hicks.

Your likely experiencing round ligament pain. Braxton hicks are short tightening sensation of your lower abdomen. Your belly bump will feel tight and sometimes it can feel painful, but the pain subsides if you change positions. Now, round ligament pain is relentless and can last for DAYS! It's the growing/stretching of your uterus. I had round ligament from week 15 to 18 and it was so uncomfortable and painful. Good luck!
