Really scared of needles 😢😢😢

Before being pregnant I avoided needles at all cost but since I'm pregnant I have had lots of blood test, flu jab and whopping cough jab and I have managed well but I'm really scared about needing a IV drip when I go into labour which I have been told I need because I'm having twins how do you guys deal with the pain any suggestions or what I can do or use to help the pain seriously started to have panic attacks I'm from the uk 🇬🇧
