First Dentist Appointment!

So besides the fact she absolutely bawled lol I found out she has lip tie 😳 How did I not noticed this or PED never mentioned.. Dentist said she isn't concerned unless she starts getting build up around her teeth then we'll cut it and weird fact she said that most kids rip it being toddlers anyway playing rough.. always falling - crazy to me! Does anyone else have experience with this?
