I just had the worst nightmare of my entire life and it revolved around my fiancé. Basically in the dream he went out with his friend, got beyond belligerently drunk, started hanging out with this girl and her friends and ended up cheating on me. He brought them back to our house and their noise level woke me up so I went to check and saw him cheating on me with this other girl right in our own house. I was obviously upset but he was just extremely mean to me and ended up trying to leave, only to get caught by the police. Other stuff happened but that's basically the gist of it. I woke up in a panic and it felt so real, I still feel incredibly hurt and upset. Any advice on how to deal with this?
