unable to have sex....

so I tried to lose my virginity this past summer. i tried many many times with the same guy and each time, the penis got halfway in. then it felt like it was hitting a wall, and it was excruciating for me. my friends say this is normal and it's happened to a lot of them, but they've all actually been able to fix it and I haven't 😞 meanwhile my gyno is completely stumped as to why this is happening. a couple of months ago I got part of my hymen removed (it was doing the weird loop thing and making tampons hard to wear) and I thought that would help. but a couple of weeks ago I hooked up with a guy (a guy I find very attractive, btw) and the same exact thing happened. literally nothing has changed.
