over weight and pregnant

I have not felt more ashamed of my body then I do now .  I know it's going through changes but I honestly didn't want to be the fat pregnant girl that you can't even tell that is pregnant. My bf loves me with way but 4 years ago I was in the best shape of my life and for some reason I can't find motivation to get back to it .
