I have an HSG test to find out why we haven't conceived yet. These tests have to be before day 11 of your cycle and after your period. Annoyingly this means mine is on a day I work. (I am part time in a school). It is at 3.30pm and an hour from work. I am a teacher and that afternoon is my planning time so no one needs to cover for me. I put in my absence request form and they want to see the appointment letter. I dont really want them knowing this personal business or that we are TTC. I don't know what to do...

Just cover up the department and stuff and just show them the app time. That's all I do. Xx

The note should simply state your name, visitation date and time, and whether your ailment prevented you from performing your job.
