having another baby.

Okay ladies I have a question.... I just had my daughter November of last year. Had a emergency c section. Was told my pelvic is too narrow to have a natural birth ever. Was also told at age 20 that I can't have children past 28 years old. I'm almost 22. My husband and I want 4 children. He's military and leaving next year in January.... when would it be okay to start trying again???? (Photo showing my daughter.
