I would mainly say yes if it is a pic of you two having fun out on a date... Or one he took off himself or both of you on your phone. My bf is my wallpaper and a pic of both of us is my lock screen.

Btw I wanted to put him as a wallpaper a few weeks into the relationship, but opted to wait until he did it first.

When me and my boyfriend were still talking, I made him wait a whole week from Sunday to Friday so we could hang out that Friday and I had him as my home screen wallpaper. ☺️ it's your phone so you can put whatever you want as your wallpaper.
