Good or bad?

BFP this morning, 2 days late. Hcg level was 79 this afternoon. Dr did called in prenatals but still wants to retest hcg in 48 hours. Tender boobs, nauseous as can be, heartburn, headache and fatigue and its all been getting worse over the past week. Should I be worried or am I just over reacting?
