they keep coming and going

i keep getting period type cramps even legs are cramping but they will here for about 5-10 minutes but then they will be gone for an hour or so and i feel like i have to pee bad and have that felling that i am going to start any second now but when i got there is nothing. i am 9 dpo and four days till expected period i don't know what to think . i just have a feeling i am out this month
