37w +5 days worries about baby's movement

Two days ago I noticed that my baby's movement changed. I used to feel bigger movement but now everything is soft and subtle. I really have to pay attention to the movement now unlike before it would get my attention. I told the doctor at my appointment today and he said that fetal movement can change around this time but I just feel like it's not moving enough. Has this been an issues with anyone else? I don't want to be freaked out for no reason and call the doctor.... idk what to do
