terrible skin😩

im going on 10 weeks pregnant and my skin has never been so bad😔 its honestly making me depressed. I have horrible acne popping up and lots of redness, my skin doesnt even seem to heal anymore because ill get a pimple and it will stay big, red, and inflamed for weeeeeeks. i pop the really bad ones but they never heal no matter what): any advice? will my skin stay this horrible throughout pregnancy? please help me):
