Recurrent miscarriages, any success stories?

Question

Has anyone had 3+ miscarriages in a row and then gone on to have a successful pregnancy?
I unfortunately had 3 miscarriages in a row in 2016, last one being right before Christmas. My husband and I have been seeing a reproductive endocronologist/infertility specialist for about a month. He's run pretty much every possible blood test and I've had a hsg and saline sonogram done and everything has come back normal. That's great, but I'm worried we'll never figure out what's causing this and if we'll ever have success. Today after the saline sonogram our Dr. told us to try again.  I'm hopeful but scared at the same time, I don't know if I can handle the pain again. Would love to hear other women's experiences who have gone through a similar situation. Has anyone had success?

My mom had several losses (at least 4)... Then she had my siblings and me. 😀 
A friend of mine also had several losses, then adopted, then had another naturally. 😀

I had a 3 recurrent MCs- March 2015 (chemical), June 2015 (6wks), March 2016 (6wks). I struggled with long cycles and sometimes didn't ovulate or ovulated really late. After the third MC, the OB checked different levels and everything came back fine. There was no "cause". Ugh. When I went to get my results, I was already pregnant again, but this one stuck and I just delivered a healthy boy a couple weeks ago. Although they said my progesterone was fine, they let me go on progesterone suppositories until I was through the first trimester. Right around the time of the third MC, I put myself on progesterone oil and an all natural prenatal that has folate, not folic acid. Not sure if that helped but I def think it did!

I've had two miscarriages in 6 months due to low progesterone.

My dr was trying to give me hope when I was there in Decenber. She told me a story of a woman who had 9...... I repeat, NINE... Back to back miscarriages. This woman went to a specialist and had every test know to man. Nothing was wrong. My Dr told me to never lose hope! And you shouldn't either!

I haven't had any (as I have yet to conceive), but there's lots of good research in Progesterone supplements to help a pregnancy, even after recurrent miscarriages.

My sister in law had 3 miscarriages in a row before she had her 2 daughters. My cousin's wife had 2 miscarriages before giving birth to her 2 boys. I miscarried my first and am praying to go to full term with this one (I'm 22 weeks pregnant). I wish you all the best for the future. 😘
