Bleeding?!

Husband and I just had sex... Went pee and looked down noticed bright red blood in the toilet as well as in the toilet paper... I'm freaking out. I'm 6w3d... First prenatal appt this Wednesday... Any advice? Help? Similar experience? Second time I went to the bathroom all there was was spitting when I wiped.

The same exact thing happened to me it was soooo scary but baby is fine  the bleeding became brown and then stopped all together after a week I'm 9 weeks and 3 days now!!! Good luck and I woulnt have sex atleast until your first appt the doc told me I have to wait until a little after my first trimester! Good luck

Oh I forgot to add.. This has happened to me in the past. With my first, the dr gave me the all clear to still have sex, but the past two pregnancies I was put on pelvic rest because of it.

It can be completely normal! The cervix is more sensitive right now & there is increased blood flow going on. Make sure you ask the dr on Wednesday about it.. Majority of the time it is okay to still have sex. However sometimes they may put you on pelvic rest for a few weeks, depending on other variables. 
Also, you will have some brown spotting too, that's old blood from today. Don't be too alarmed with that!
