Feeling discouraged

Why is ttc so hard? Next month will be the year mark since we started ttc. My first took us a year and I thought for sure it would be easier this time and nope I'm just so discouraged that I'll never have another baby I'm so much worse off than before i had my son I have endometriosis and pelvic congestion syndrome and I can't even have a period so i can start my new fertility drugs since the last ones didn't work and it's just so frustrating. Will I ever be able to have another baby?
