Breastfeeding mommies do you track when you feed ? Because I don't n my mom thinks I feed him to much 😩 just curious

I still log everything on an app, 11months now. I don't need to anymore, I just love to see the stats & can refer back for whatever reason if needed :)

I always knew I was over feeding when my son was spitting up more than usual. But every baby has different cues! It's all about the mama and the baby, don't listen to grandma!! My aunties says I over feed my kid but every baby is different, he's just hungrier than most 😘

I never did I just kept track of which since my son nursed on and would feed on the opposite side the next feeding. As long as baby keeps that food down your fine feed baby what your baby wants
