Best things to do for cramps?

my cramps today are worse than ever what are some good things to do ?

Chocolate, comfy blanket, heating pad, and chick flicks... My go-to. The heating pad alleviates the pain. The movies distract me. The blanket comforts me. And the chocolate...well, does it need an explanation? :-D

I personally love essential oils especially cedarwood or dragon time,  I use the young living brand,  so far haven't had my usual severe cramps for a couples months now like I normally do each month for years…

My mom taught me a neat thing when I started, I've always had real bad cramps the first couple days, anyways, take a couple tablespoons of brown sugar and add it to really warm water, drink fast.  Idk why but it's always helped me
