Irregular periods, ttc

Julia
So I have 2 kids 20 months and 4 almost 5 yr old. I'm 30 and I really want to add to my family. I had some issues after having my daughter (the 20 mo old) with my periods. The first couple I had pp were incredibly painful and super heavy like to the point where (the first time) the ER thought I might have some of the placenta left (I know there's a name for it but I can't think of it). It was a rough 3 months. Anyway my doc thought I should get on BC to control the bleeding and pain. Depo worked at first but of course I gained a bunch of weight and it really made my ppd worse. So we stopped that and tried Mirena, that also caused a lot of problems. So finally tried the pill, that I ended up making me nauseous constantly and erratic bleeding. So I finally said screw this, no more BC. After that my periods went back to normal. No more horrible cramps, still heavy but controllable. Then this past October, out of no where, I get 2 periods. One when it was supposed to come and another 2 weeks later. It was odd but I thought it was stress. Then November same thing happens. I go to my OB, she does tests, I uterine biopsy, US, the works. All normal. She gives me progesterone to take mid cycle for my next period so I don't have any breakthrough bleeding. Well dec comes and I never get a period. Then Jan I got it on the 13th and it was normal, so I started taking the progesterone last week. Mind you I've been TTC since September. So it's been hard to pin point when I'm ovulating. I finally tried opk this last month and I never got a positive. I never had to use those before. When I had my other 2 kids all I had to do was track my cycle and boom got pregnant with in 3 months ( my second anyway, first one was not planned lol) so I'm just unsure what to do. I'm afraid I might be going through early menopause. I am just hoping someone can give me some advice. I apologize my post is so long, I just wanted to be descriptive. Anyway if anyone has any advice on what is wrong or if there's anything I can do, please let me know. Thanks 😊😊
