I'm 7w3d and I have an apt next week just for blood work. I don't know when my ultrasound will be. Probably around 10 weeks. The thing is, I don't feel pregnant. I was sore, nauseous, and had bad acne up until this week. I get a little nauseous at night, and maybe I'm more tired, but nothing out of the ordinary. I had to tell my boss because of the amount of doc apts and I'm so nervous about having to go back with no growing baby. Any advice or similar situations?
