Morning or night? Was thinking morning would be best coz there wouldn't be any bloating from eating/drinking etc

Yeah, I do mine forest thing in the morning after I pee but before I eat or drink anything.

The best time would be in the morning the earlier the better not 5 am or anything but where it is still considered morning and around dusk. These are the best time for lighting. Ultimately , dusk has the best lighting. Also, you should be towards the end of your pregnancy 35+ weeks maybe as early as 32 depending on ur bump. This is usually when the bump is at the "best shape" as in roundness erg where it can be you are pregnant.
