Help...what should I do?

I can't stop throwing up.. I've been throwing up for the past 5hrs or more ..my back is hurting, my stomach hurts..everytime I try to lay down I start throwing up.. ☹I'm 30weeks+5... Now I have diarrhea 😔 ik tmi.

Im in the same situation I'm 36 weeks.  Drink water or Gatorade with electrolytes to keep hydrated

Maybe you have a stomach virus.  Try to stay upright if lying down is making you vomit.  Put a cold towel on your neck or forehead.  If you have any Phenergan (for nausea) from your 1st trimester try taking that.  Nibble on some oyster crackers (called soup crackers in some places) and sip on some Gatorade/Powerade/Pedialyte/Ginger Ale.  If it's a virus then you'll just have to tough it out the best you can.

Keep fluids down drink lots of water regardless of how much you throw up. Also eat crackers or toast and drink a ginger tea or ginger ale whatever you do keep your body hydrated.
