Went into labor this morning at 34 weeks. Water slowly broke and contractions started at 4AM. Called my husband to catch a flight home (he was in California for work and we live in Hawaii) but baby came fast! 4 hours later this beautiful boy made his arrival. Can't believe I had to do this without my hubby, but I'm doing fine and baby is slowly getting stronger in the NICU. He was 5lbs 2oz and 18.5 inches long! He's estimated to have to stay here for about 2-3 weeks. Hoping baby will continue to do well!
