Ectopic Pregnancy symptoms
I've been having mild cramping, virtually from conception, but have noticed in the passed few days an uncomfortable twinge or mild stabbing pain on my right side only (pelvic).
After an unrelated ultrasound (before I knew I was pregnant) the sonographer commented on some free fluid, also my right side.
Although. I've been trying not to let it occupy my mind, I wanted to know if one sided cramping had been experienced by others? - and if they had a complication free pregnancy?
