Feeling like I'm doing something wrong..

I had my son 9 days ago and he weighed 4lbs 6 oz. When we left the hospital he weighed 4lbs exactly. Today he had an appt and weighed 4lbs 6 oz. His birth weight. Is this normal?? I was expecting him to be above his birth weight...He's breastfed and I make 4-5 ounces each pumping session and that's after he eats. Is it normal for him to be at his birth weight still? I just feel like I'm doing something wrong and he isn't gaining weight..
