First time mama! Huge question!

I'm due in a little over two weeks, I got checked yesterday and I'm dilated to a 2. He said I'd be spotting after, which I get. But I'm almost positive I also lost my mucus plug. Yesterday there was a bloody mucusy clump in the toilet and again today. I'm almost 38 weeks. Wondering how possible it is that I could go into labor? I'm super nauseous today and super crampy too.
