Anyone taking Fertility Supplements??

I am very interested in purchasing some fertility supplements, does anyone have any suggestions?? Fertility tea, Maca root, ovu aide??? Any good or bad experiences?? I'm going in to month 9 of TTC,  33 yrs old, with regular 31 day cycles

Be very careful what you take, especially since you have a normal cycle. Certain meds will mess up your 31 day cycle.

I am taking fertilaid, prenatal, baby aspirin, b12, maca and coq10. First month doing this and opks and BBT. We will see if it works or not.

Maca is the devil, imo. It messed up my perfect 28 day, ovulate in 14th day cycle, gave me night sweats, the worst acne of my entire life. I had racing thoughts, I was angry all the time. I would never recommend it to anyone. It works on testosterone. We don't need more testosterone. I recommend chaste tree Berry or vitex, but you have to get the right extraction. Do lots of research. Don't just take something because someone on the internet said they did or because it's "Natural"

I'm trying it this cycle. Heard great things from a friend and she got pregnant twice on Fertilitea. I'm going to try it this month instead of Clomid. I did get pregnant successfully on Clomid twice but find out I have incompetent cervix cause if my miscarriages. Got pregnant once naturally in 2015 (with no supplement's)so hoping to again. I am taking fertilaide and ovaboost. Did 1st rounf of clomid. TTC #3 15 years after #2. This cycle i did produce 5 folliacles between both ovarys. Spent 15 years  on Depo. 1st cycle ive had since september coming off depo.
