How long after Embryo transfer

Okay I'm still I'm my TWW. I broke down and took a hpt and it was neg. we did the transfer Jan 27th. My Beta is scheduled for Feb 10. I'm trying not to read into the negative test. Last night I was feeling cramps and my boobs itch really bad. Usually the week of my cycle I see spitting and I haven't seen anything (so hopefully that's a good sign)  Lastnight I was so restless and couldn't cool down. So I did what anyone would do. I googled my symptoms trying to see if it would calm my nerves. These next 8 days are going to drive me insane.
