My baby is 11months old. For the last two months when she eats in her high chair, she likes to pick up her food on her tray and drop it on the floor next to her. She doesn't find it funny, doesn't laugh.. just sorts her food. She will eat some of it, but the majority is carefully taken off her tray onto the floor. We've tried ignoring it, saying "on the tray or in our mouth" 50000x, using a plate (then she won't eat at all and tries to dump it), removing the food from her tray if she doesn't stop...... Any other suggestions? Or is this totally normal? (She is EBF as well).
