When is a good time to start taking prenatal vitamins? What brand? Any advice would be awesome :) thanks in advance.

Vitafusion is a good brand for prenatal. I had to end up talking to my obgyn Doctor because the fish taste in those got to be too much for me. My doctor has had me on vitafol prenatal for a while now. Talking to your doctor is always a good idea. I'm 36 weeks. But the Vitafusion you can buy pretty much anywhere.

The best time to start taking prenatals is before you get pregnant, so I would start ASAP if I were you! Any brand that has enough folic acid and DHA is great.
