Best Advice for Low Sperm count

April • Fri, Feb 03 • A wife and mother of 4 (2 natural 2 step-children who I adore). Celebrity stylist and owner of hair and makeup studio.

Ladies I'm looking for the best advice you can give for my husband and I to conceive with his count being low. Of course my doctor referred us over to fertility specialist but I just wanted to try things on our own first.

I'm 32 and he's 33 and we would like to have a baby before it's too late.
