Close to Ovulation? TMI

Question

Today is CD 17 and last month I ovulated on CD 23. This morning I got a "low" reading on my digital ovulation test. My cervix didn't feel high or low (just in the middle), but felt fairly firm and a medium-sized opening. There wasn't really much for CM. Only a very small amount of a white colour CM.

I wasn't sure what was happening, so I checked again this afternoon. My cervix felt high, soft, and fairly open, but there was a small amount of brown CM on my finger. So I checked again tonight when I got home and there's still a bit of brown CM and my cervix feels high, but more form and not very open.

Anyone know what is going on?!

Yes you can. If he came in contact with your cervix or was a little rougher , you can spot . If you google it , you'll see it's normal and can come from your cervix or vaginal walls. If it persists or your finding the brown mucus when you've not been sexually active , id run it by your doc anyway 😊

Your cervix can change throughout the day, so if you're checking daily I would recommend doing it at the same time each day and try not to stress about it. I check in the morning after my shower and in the evening after my shower. I try not to check it other times during the day bc it does change and can be confusing! Good luck
