cycle

I'm 16 days late which stresses me. My last period was December 15-20th . I didn't get my period in January . My boyfriend and I do stuff (not sex) but he hasn't come on me or in me. I'm just wondering what would cause my cycle to change ? And when I get my next period will I go back to my regular cycle or will I get it any day now ?
