Daycare Help
My 18 mondaughter has been going to one daycare for 8 months. She did amazing their to say the least. I decided to switch her to a TOP OF THE LINE daycare that makes my drive to work simple it is .2 miles from my work. I also decided to switch her because the daycare she was going to was in a different town then where we plan for her to go to elementary and I want her to be familiar with the the kids in the area. The transition perioid is more than difficult to say the least. Everyday I come pick her up she is crying. Yesterday though, both of her teachers were gone and she was standing at the gate outside just crying for me. I had to wait about five minutes to pull in (traffic) and then walking over their and neither of the women were trying to console her. She was the ONLY one crying everyone else was having a ball. I don't know if I should say something to the director. I feel like I've been one of those crazy moms who calls at least once a day to see how she is doing. This is the second time I've seen her hysterical and no one tending to her or at least trying.
