Accurate gender theories?

So several theories Ive come across have rung true for the gender of my baby. And Im quite surprised bc I am not one to be moves by theories and Old Wives' Tales.

I havent been able to respond to gender polls about the difference between pregnancies bt this pregnancy was completely different. This one is much more busy than my first and a whole lotta other things lol.

I also wasnt gonna find out the gender bt let big sis decide if we should know and to my dismay she wanted to know who 'SugaBee' was.

Ramzi theory correct

Dreams correct

Nub theory correct

Heartbeat theory correct

Sleep position correct

High v Low theory

Cravings theory correct

Im having a boy! The first in two generations.

Any other mommies out there where the theories were correct for them? My last pregnancy failed all the theories except dreams and chinese calender.
